Refund Policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your order. However, if not, we will always do our best to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund the item or issue a credit note, provided the goods are not damaged and all packaging remains intact.
Please note that no refund or exchange will be given without a receipt, dispatch note or other proof of purchase.

- Items purchased online can be returned to the store for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- All refunds will be via card only, no cash refunds will be provided.
- Items returned must be as new, in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
- All returns to the store must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery docket received with your order.
Returns made within 14 days from the day you receive them, can be exchanged, or refunded to the same value in store.
Returns made within 28 days from the day you receive them, can be refunded with a store gift voucher/credit note to the value of the returned item.
For items returned outside the above timeframe, we reserve the right not to offer you a refund in full.
Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.
