In our Salt Therapy room we offer complementary therapy for asthma, shortness of breath, painful sinuses, wheezing, persistent coughing, and respiratory difficulties in both adults and children.

Dry Salt Therapy treatment, or Halotherapy, is an alternative treatment that involves breathing in air which is impregnated with super fine salt particles.

The origins of Halotherapy dates back to the mediaeval era. During this time it was noticed that salt mine workers in Eastern Europe were receiving many natural health benefits by breathing in the salt particles from the salt mines and suffered far less from pulmonary disorders and respiratory tract infections than the rest of the population. As a result of further investigation into this over time, the modern approach uses modern technology to reproduce the therapeutic conditions found in natural salt caves in the comfort of a modern spa-like room.
